Web: The 6 digit authentication code is invalid, please try again. Why?

When signing into CYGNVS account through email address (sign-in link method) on the web, 6 digit authentication code is required for verification. If the 6 digit authentication code entered incorrectly for more than three times will lock your cygnvs account with an error message as shown below.

"Max number of attempts reached, please contact CYGNVS Support to try again."

In this case, you can wait for 30 minutes and try signing in to your account by sending another sign-in link.
