How do I reset my existing CYGNVS account password?

I forgot my password, how do I change it?

The CYGNVS account region may differ from your current location. If you are unsure of which region your CYGNVS account is associated with, please confirm with your company's account owner or the person who invited you to the platform.

If you have forgotten your password and signed out of CYGNVS platform, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the reset password link based on your CYGNVS account region.
  2. Enter your username (email id or phone number).
  3. Click Reset my password.
  4. Enter verification code sent to your email or phone number.
  5. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  6. Click Change Password.

Changing your password will bring you to the sign in page where you can use your username and new password to sign in.

 

If you are already signed into the CYGNVS platform and you want to change the password, complete the following steps:

  1. Click your Avatar.
  2. Select Your Profile & Settings.
  3. Select Security on the left navigation pane.
  4. Click Reset  in Password section.
  5. Copy your username and click Reset Password.
  6. Enter your username (email id or phone number).
  7. Click Reset my password.
  8. Enter verification code sent to your email or phone number.
  9. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  10. Click Change Password.
