How can I sign-in to CYGNVS web with QR code from mobile app?

You are required to have a valid signed-in session on your CYGNVS Mobile App for a QR code to be provided.

To sign in using a QR code,

  1. Enter your username (corporate email id or phone number).
  2. A QR code will be displayed on your computer screen.
  3. Scan the QR code with the camera or QR scanner on your mobile phone.
  4. You will be redirected to the CYGNVS mobile app.

  5. Unlock the CYGNVS app either through biometric login (Face ID or finger print) or entering the six-digit PIN.

  6. Tap Approve on mobile app to sign in to CYGNVS on your web browser.

If your mobile app is not signed-in, other sign-in options like Username & Password will be available on screen. If you're an Enterprise user, then you'll see QR code only when the Isolate mode is on since signing in via SSO will not be available during that time.
