What is a Passcode app?
A passcode app is a third-party authenticator application that generates time-based, one-time passcodes (TOTP) to verify your identity when signing in to CYGNVS.
Common passcode apps
-
Microsoft Authenticator
-
Google Authenticator
-
Okta Verify
-
Authy
The app you use depends on what you selected (or already had configured) during registration. If you’re unsure which authenticator app was used, please check your device for common authenticator apps such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or Authy. Open the app and look for an entry labeled CYGNVS (or your organization name).
If you’re unable to locate the entry, please contact your organization’s Account Owner in CYGNVS to reset MFA or re-register an authenticator app. If you are the sole Account Owner or are unsure who the Account Owner is, please click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to initiate a live chat with CYGNVS Support, or contact them directly at support@cygnvs.com.
