What is my username in CYGNVS and where can I find it?

Your username in the CYGNVS platform depends on how you were invited to join:

If you were invited using your email address, your username is your email ID.
If you were invited using your phone number, your username is your phone number including the country code.

You can find this information in the original invitation you received from CYGNVS no-reply@cygnvs.net. The email address or phone number used in that invitation is your username.

If you are unsure, check your invitation email or contact your organization's Account owner.
